Aesthetics also includes well equipped interiors and generous boot space. It is priced between Rs. 9.00 to 11.00 lakhs.
4. Volkswagen Tiguan:
Manufactured by German automaker Volkswagen, Tiguan features two-row seating and transverse-mounted four-cylinder engines. Big enough to seat four adults in comfort, Tiguan is a right choice for power driving, off-road ability, dynamism, outstanding safety and multimedia sophistication. This SUV is priced between Rs. 25.00 to 30.00 lakhs and provides mileage of 22 kmpl.
3. Jeep Wrangler:
It was back in 2012, when Italian automaker Fiat officially announced its intention of launching the iconic SUV brand. Wrangler offers four-door body style, more contemporary interiors, powerful engines, and added safety and convenience features. Four-door Wranglers seats for five. With the seats folded, the four-door Wrangler creates enough space to accommodate large cargo. It is priced between 25.00 to 32.00 lakhs.
2. Jeep Grand Cherokee:
Looking to lock horns with the premium luxury automakers such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Land Rover, the Italian automaker Fiat has made its intention clear of bringing the iconic siblings Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Wrangler SUV to the Indian market. Prices of the Grand Cherokee are likely to start at Rs. 35 lakhs for the base model, and go all the way up to Rs. 75 lakhs – Rs. 80 lakhs for the top-end SRT performance SRT variant. It could accommodate up to five passengers and provides a mileage of up to 13 kmpl.
1. Jaguar F-Pace:
Inspired by F-TYPE, the new Jaguar F-PACE is a performance SUV that has the DNA of a sports car. From the bonnet bulge to the pronounced rear haunches, its powerful looks make it distinctive and give it a head-turning road presence. It is a five seater, that offers competitive running costs against a host of established rivals. It is the first crossover from Jaguar that is likely to be assembled locally and could be priced around Rs 1 crore.
